When I arrived at the uShaka Marine World there was a bit of a queue, but nothing untoward. They offered a 25% discount if you were over 61 which I naturally availed myself of and duly handed over the 75 Rand. I arrived just in time to witness the feeding of the penguins, and also received the answer to the above question. The answer is no, because polar bears live in the northern hemisphere and penguins live in the southern hemisphere and ne'er the twain shall meet.
